HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 7A - 4P Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $25 - $35 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

• 5+ years of experience is a plus
• NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be willing to help with installs if needed

HVAC Assistant

• Customer service skills - must be personable, friendly and posses good customer relation skills
• Be willing to learn - sheet metal skills, interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, some construction practices, basic electricity, and city codes, among other basic skills

Office Assistant

Position Summary: We are looking for a confident multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. • Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests
• Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Plan and schedule installs, service calls, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
• Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
• Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
• Manage communication of information in and out of the office
• Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed
• Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
